1)Press cutter into hard vegetable/fruit. e.g. carrot,potato,apple,pear,hicama,etc.

2)Carefully remove cutter.Design is cut & formed.Small insets(eyes) remove with pick.

3)With sharp knife or mandolin(slicer)cut design to desired thickness.
