Made of ABS nylon resin. A more professional version of the "Cook Help", this tool produces long strands of vegetables of various widths with just a smooth turn of the crank. The easy-to-maneuver crank allows room for larger/longer vegetables such as carrots, cucumbers, radishes, etc. The adjustable blade plate comes with four different blades: fine, medium and coarse toothed, and one flat edged blade. Replacement blades available.
